Thank you for visiting our Booking Information page at thevortexonline.com. We are always happy to hear from artists that are interested in playing here in the great city of Beaumont, Texas. We hope that the following information will assist you in getting your music heard, as well as ourselves selling some beer!
The Vortex is interested in booking all genres of music; please do not hesitate to approach us with anything.
In order for the Vortex to consider you for booking a date we must have some information from you, please assure that all of the information below is included in all submittals:
- CD or Mp3’s (make sure it is representative of your sound)
- Artist / Band Bio with history
- Photograph of full band (this can be put on a CD as well)
- Artist contact information (e-mail and telephone contact)
- List of references or venues that you have played (3-4 will do)
The above items must be submitted via mail or courier to the below address. You may send an EPK via e-mail, but we will not consider a date until we receive a package and have had time to review it (1 to 2 weeks). Please understand that with such a high volume of email submittals we may not be able to respond in a timely fashion. So please send us a copy of your press kit my courier as well.
